SPACE - a Hacker- and Makerspace in Ilmenau

SPACE is a working group of Kulturelle Koordinierung e. V. and a Chaostreff of the CCC.
We offer a space for tech-enthusiasts from Ilmenau, the surrounding area and beyond.

Our premises are located on the grounds of the Schülerfreizeitzentrum (SFZ) in Ilmenau.
We use a ~10m² room equipped with tools in a small workshop corner, measuring instruments at an electronics workbench, a 3D printer and a large meeting table.

If you need help with a repair or always wanted to install Linux,
feel free to drop by or reach out to us on one of our channels! :)

We meet every Wednesday from 7 pm for the Open SPACE and once a month for the organisation meeting.
In addition to our regular meetups, we also run technology afternoons and soldering workshops for student groups at the SFZ.

You are warmly invited to get involved and bring your own ideas.
